The ICPR 2026 Workshops Are Now Live

On Wednesday, 3 June 2026, the day before ICPR 2026 officially starts, we’re hosting three full-day, in-person workshops in Haarlem, the Netherlands.
🔹Psychedelics, Peace Building & Collective Liberation with the Ripples Collective
🔹Psychedelics, Grief & End-of-Life Care with Houman Farzin, MD, MSc (Mystic Health, McGill University) & Débora González, PhD (Isabel I University)
🔹MDMA-Assisted Therapy for Couples with Anne Wagner, PhD, CPsych (Remedy)

These small-group sessions are designed for clinicians, researchers, practitioners, and members of the public who want to go beyond theory and immerse themselves in focused, experiential learning. Lunch and refreshments are included in the workshop fee.

Completing the pre-conference programme on Wednesday, 3 June 2026, is a half-day, in-person symposium:
🔹Psychoactive Plants in a Globalised World: Political, Cultural and Economic Perspectives with Brigitte Adriaensen, PhD (Radboud University), Lisbeth Kupuri Bonilla (Cultural Project Manager & Translator, Let’s Talk About Hikuri), Tarire Mutzarawa (Traditional Doctor & Founder of IMTAAMPAC), Hans van den Hurk (Chairman of VLOS), Floris Moerkamp (Co-founder, Stichting Liaan), Nidia Olvera Hernández (Postdoctoral Researcher, Radboud University), and Adana Omagua Kambeba, Dr (Medical Doctor & Indigenous Health Advocate, Psychedelic Parenthood Community).

The symposium brings together Indigenous experts from Peru, Mexico, and Brazil, alongside researchers, facilitators, and entrepreneurs from the Dutch psychedelic landscape, for a cross-cultural exchange on stewardship, reciprocity, and the global expansion of plant medicines. It explores urgent questions around commodification, cultural appropriation, ecological sustainability, biopiracy, and equitable access in an increasingly interconnected world.

Whether you join a workshop or the symposium, the pre-conference programme offers a thoughtful way to begin your ICPR 2026 experience.

Leading Experts Recommend ICPR

🔹"ICPR is one of the most important psychedelic conferences in the world. It's a tremendous gathering of psychedelics researchers, pioneers, thought-leaders, therapists, and others, with knowledgeable and sophisticated attendees, gathering in a context that facilitates in-depth discussions of the ideas at the cutting-edge of the psychedelic renaissance." - Rick Doblin, ICPR speaker, Founder & President of MAPS
🔹"As the psychedelic field expands, it's easy to get lost. I'd encourage folks to appreciate that ICPR is a longstanding, extremely credible psychedelic-focused conference. They've consistently hosted top-quality conferences throughout much of the modern psychedelic medical renaissance, and I have no doubt they'll continue. I've had outstanding experiences attending ICPR." - Matthew Johnson, ICPR speaker, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine
🔹"ICPR is the oldest, most solid, and sincere platform of psychedelic science in the Netherlands and Europe. Not only does it combine scientific knowledge and humanism, but it's composed of an awesome team of young, vibrant, and dedicated people." - Bia Labate, ICPR speaker, Executive Director at Chacruna Institute
